1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and VB Apps Studio ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your download, installation, and use of the VlogMint mobile application ("Application").

By installing, accessing, or using VlogMint, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not install or use the Application.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, VB Apps Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Application on Android devices owned or controlled by you, solely for your personal, creator, or commercial video editing activities.

You agree NOT to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application or any component thereof.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Application.
• Bypass, disable, or circumvent any technological measure, security protection, or digital rights management mechanism incorporated into the Application.
• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Application without prior written authorization from VB Apps Studio.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

VlogMint may offer in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions, including VlogMint Pro, granting premium benefits such as ad removal, full HD / 4K exports, and access to premium editing tools.

A. Billing & Payment

• All payments, in-app purchases, and subscriptions are processed directly through Google Play In-App Billing.
• Pricing is displayed within the Application prior to purchase and may vary by region or promotional offer. Taxes and currency conversion fees may apply according to Google Play policies.

B. Auto-Renewal

• Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period (e.g., weekly, monthly, or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the active period at the agreed subscription rate.

C. Cancellation & Management

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by opening the Google Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
• Cancelling a subscription disables automatic renewal at the end of the billing cycle; you will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

D. Refunds

• All refund requests are subject to the standard Google Play Refund Policies. VB Apps Studio does not directly handle refund requests or possess payment credentials. You may request a refund directly via Google Play Support.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property Rights

A. Your Content Remains Yours

You retain full ownership and copyright of all videos, images, audio recordings, music tracks, voiceovers, text titles, and creative projects you import, create, or export using VlogMint. VB Apps Studio claims zero ownership, license, or distribution rights over your media.

B. Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for all content you import into the Application. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or possess the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and edit all media imported into VlogMint.
• Your content does not infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, or intellectual property.
• Your content does not contain defamatory, obscene, pornographic, violent, hateful, or otherwise unlawful material.

C. Our Intellectual Property

The Application, its underlying software, graphics, user interface design, logos, vector icons, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive property of VB Apps Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

5. Advertisements & Monetization

The free tier of VlogMint is supported by third-party advertising served through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Advertisements may include banner ads, native cards, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads.

• We strive to ensure advertisements are non-intrusive and adhere to Google Play Developer policies.
• Third-party advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their ads. VB Apps Studio does not endorse any product or service advertised within third-party ad slots.
• Purchasing a VlogMint Pro subscription or lifetime ad-removal option removes third-party banner, interstitial, and app open advertisements.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

VB APPS STUDIO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE APPLICATION WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE; (B) ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED; OR (C) HARDWARE-ACCELERATED VIDEO ENCODING WILL SUCCEED ON ALL COMBINATIONS OF ANDROID HARDWARE, CHIPSETS, OR OS RELEASES.

Backup Notice: Because VlogMint performs video processing locally, you are strongly advised to keep independent backup copies of your source video and audio footage. VB Apps Studio is not responsible for any media file loss resulting from device hardware failure, operating system crash, or low-storage conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VB APPS STUDIO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION;
• ANY INTERRUPTION, DELAY, OR SUSPENSION OF SERVICES;
• ANY LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF VIDEO OR AUDIO PROJECTS STORED LOCALLY ON YOUR DEVICE;
• ANY THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISEMENTS OR CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH THE APPLICATION.

8. Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated by either you or VB Apps Studio. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the Application from all devices.

VB Apps Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VB Apps Studio operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Application following any modification signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
